Press Release Summary = RFilm Ltd. to release its first DVD a live performance DVD
by indie band Karen Gibson Roc and Fluidl

Press Release Body = Brooklyn, NY November 8, 2006. Upstart production and
distribution company RFilm Ltd. has acquired the DVD distribution rights to Karen
Gibson Roc and Fluid's concert film "Traveling With Light".

The film, part documentary and part concert performance, was produced by Phil Roc's
LBM Productions with generous support from the Canada Council For the Arts. The
performance was shot in the intimate settings of Bric Studios in Brooklyn in front
of a live audience, "Traveling With Light" marks the follow up to the group's
successful indie musical debut "5&2 Fish".

The DVD will be boxed with a free bonus live CD which was recorded simultaneously in
the venue and features nine previously unreleased tracks

The Traveling With Light is scheduled for release December 10, 2006 will be
distributed by RFilm thru its online distribution arm Boxmatic.com. The DVD will
mark RFilm's first release through Boxmatic.com
